Burner head:
The burner head is furnished with 4 each mud / oil / well fluid guns and 2 each gas burners.
The mud / oil / wellfluid supply is 1 each 4" line with 4" 600 lbs RTJ flange.
The gas supply is 1 each 6" line with 6" 900 lbs RTJ flange.
The diesel supply is 1 each 3" line with 3" 600 lbs RTJ flange.
In addition there are lines for seawater, air and pilot gas.
Air consumption: 600 Sm3/h ( 350 Sft3/min)
Air pressure: min. 6.5 bar, max. 11 bar ( min. 94 psi, max. 160 psi)

Normal gas design flow: 83,334 Sm3/hr ( 2 million Sm3/day = 70.6 million Sft3/day) **
Emergency gas design flow: 166,668 Sm3/hr ( 4 million Sm3/day = 141.2 Sft3/day)

The unit has only been test burned during commissioning.

Burner boom:
The burner boom with burner head is a horizontal galvanized steel structure measuring 35 m and weight is approx. 24 MT totally.
The burner boom is supported by wire with 30 deg. angle from horizontal. The support padeye is located at 24.7 m from base.
The boom is swingable by use of hydraulic cylinders. The burner head is also swingable.
