TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
SNUBBING
* 1. Basic pump with high pressure fluid end and with 311 plungers will provide 55 G.P.M. at 10,000 PSI for snubbing service- continuously-- this service requires 360 HP. The same configuration can produce a service of 231 G.P.M. at 2,400 PSI-- continuously- utilizing 360 HP.
DRILLING / HELICOPTER
* 2. Basic pump with a low pressure fluid end and with 4½" pistons will provide 450 G.P.M. at 1500 PSI for drilling--continuously. With the through drive shaft, two of these can be mounted side by side across an 8' -0" wide skid, driven through torque tubes from two engines mounted longitudinally to the skid, providing 900 G.P.M. in a convenient helicopter package.
WELL SERVICING / CEMENTING
3. Two pumps with the through drive shaft and with the high pressure fluid end can be cross mounted on an 8'-0" wide skid with appropriate power and utilized for cementing and well servicing.
* High volume performance is contingent on proper suction conditions including supercharging, if required.
