The variable speed high pressure pump is suitable for well service applications, cutting injection, chemical injection etc. The speed control is seamless from minimum to maximum RPM.

The pump system comprises two container units:

1 each Hydraulic Power Pack installed in a 13 ft Offshore Container as per DNV 2.7.1 with Engine: CAT C10 325 HK at 2100 rpm.

1 each Pump skid with lift frame as per DNV 2.7.1, pump model SPM 250 c/w 2 1/2" plungers driven by hydraulic motor for variable speed. Size LxBxH = 2438 x 2140 x 2000mm.

The HPU and pumps skid can be located separately e.g. on different levels, restricted only by the length of the hydraulic hoses.

- all fabricated as per NORSOK specification (common for the North-sea area).

Note. The SPM pump is rated at 5000 psi WP with direct drive from hydraulic motor (SPM pump gear box has been removed )

Available for rental.

October 2017 the unit has cirka 500 hours.
