Standard 80k dual riser tensioner, 1 ¾” dia. wire rope; 2400 psi W.P.

Refurbished tensioners will have used existing Shaffer parts when they are serviceable or new parts so that we supply a complete, tested and ready to install MRT.
 Totally refurbished cylinders, newly re-chromed rods
 Pistons, glands and internal components dimensionally checked to OEM specification
 All items in the load path and pressure vessels NDT inspected
 High pressure bottles cleaned and refurbished, new PRV’s
 Air / oil reservoirs cleaned and refurbished, new sight glasses
 New OEM seal kits
 All new xylan bolting, wire locked
 New sheaves, bearings and dust seals
 All parts cleaned and painted with 3 coat offshore system
 Assembled and tested
 3rd Party, ABS, attendance at FAT and document review
 Data file in digital format
