The Racking Lift Arm is designed to guide drill collars between the fingerboards setback and set off point and vice versa.
The Racking Lift Arm is a trolley mounted telescopic box construction. The trolley runs on a guide beam assembly; arranged in the derrick between drill pipe stands racked in the fingerboard.
